[주요업무] - Ensure effective and efficient finance operations by managing a highly structured and process-driven accounting function in alignment with region and Group - Ensure permanent and consistent business follow up, analyses financial performance, prepare short and medium term business plans together with management, drive operational improvements and standardization - Convert to International Financial Reporting Standards - Responsible for statutory and Group records, managing and documenting processes to ensure timely and accurate reporting in compliance with IFRS and German GAAP rules - Oversee general accounting practices, accounts payable & receivable, treasury, and expenses review - Manage, co-ordinate and control all transactional accounting and management reporting outcomes. - Provide quality accounting services to both management and external users in conformance with all relevant regulations and reporting requirements. - Lead primary function includes preparation of Internal / external financial report; tax reporting, cash management, accounts payable and receivable, fixed assets management - Manage relationship with auditors and follow-up on action plans - Support external auditors and tax advisors [자격요건] - Bachelor degree and above - More than 10 years’ experience of accounting and finance in multinational company - Knowledge in German GAPP and IFRS - Experienced in SAP - Good command of English in both writing and speaking is essential. Fluent English skill is preferable. - Excellent PC skills (MS Office etc.) - Team management experience - Analytical, fact-based, problem solving attitude - Strong interpersonal and communication skills both internally and externally
